Discovery at the TATE!

When I was last in London with an American friend that I met in Montpellier, we decided to visit the Tate Modern Art Gallery in Southwark. We were passing through the area, and the Tate seemed like a nice, warm break from the freezing pouring rain. I wasn’t in the mood for art, until we strolled down into the Tanks, in the basement of the Gallery. What an incredible, disarming, hypnotic range of exhibitions. We spent an hour in the basement alone.

IMG_2636We were allowed to take photos in the Tate, but I don’t think I can do the exhibitions justice here, instead, I give you photographs of people’s reactions to the Tanks, as written on post it notes and displayed at the entrance- Enjoy and a very happy New Year to you!
